Effective
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What these terms cover
These terms govern this website only — the informational pages, the contact form, and the SYNC Signal demonstration.
They do not govern the SYNC Wallet, the SYNC Signal SDK, merchant integrations, or any financial service. Those are provided under separate written agreements, and where a regulated provider is involved, under that provider's own terms. Nothing on this site creates a right to use any SYNC product.
3. Informational purpose only
The content on this site is provided for general information. It is not, and must not be relied on as, legal, banking, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, token, or financial instrument in any jurisdiction.
Descriptions of product capability, integrations, timelines, and partner arrangements describe intended or proposed functionality. They are subject to technical validation, commercial agreement, legal review, and compliance approval, and may change or not be delivered.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use this site. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you where you access it, and the site may not be available or appropriate in every jurisdiction.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or sanctions programme.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or any connected system or account.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site, or breach or circumvent its security or authentication measures.
- Interfere with the site's operation, including by overloading it, submitting automated or bulk requests, or evading rate limits.
- Submit false, misleading, or third-party personal information through the contact form.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content, or use it to train a model, without our prior written consent.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the SYNC Signal detector made available on this site, or attempt to derive the underlying signal specification.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to us using the contact details on this site rather than disclosing it publicly.
6. The SYNC Signal demonstration
The demonstration on this site is provided for evaluation only, runs in your browser, and requires you to start it and to grant microphone permission explicitly. It listens only for designated SYNC Signal sequences and is not designed to record conversations or identify spoken words.
It is provided as-is, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and is not a committed service level. Detection results depend on your device, browser, and acoustic environment, and are not a warranty of detection quality in any production deployment.
7. Intellectual property
The site and its content — including text, design, graphics, the SYNC name and logo, and the underlying SYNC Signal Technology — are owned by SYNC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. SYNC Signal Technology and its implementation details are proprietary and confidential.
You may view and print pages for your own internal evaluation. No other licence is granted, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. You may not use the SYNC name, logo, or branding without prior written permission.
8. Submissions and feedback
Please do not send us confidential information through this site. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you send us may be used without restriction and without obligation or compensation to you. You confirm that anything you submit is yours to send and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
9. Third-party content and links
The site may link to or load resources from third parties. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's terms and privacy notice.
10. Forward-looking statements
Statements about roadmap, planned capability, prospective partners, expected performance, or anticipated regulatory treatment are forward-looking. They reflect current intent, involve risk and uncertainty, and are not guarantees. Actual outcomes may differ materially, and we undertake no obligation to update them.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate or complete.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYNC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of this site — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, and even if advised of the possibility.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SYNC harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and SYNC submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site.
Governing law, venue, and any arbitration or class-action provisions must be confirmed by counsel against SYNC's actual entity of incorporation and target markets before this page is treated as final.
15. Changes and severability
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in full force.
16. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to us using the contact details on this site.
