About SYNC
Not another crypto wallet
SYNC's strategic position is an embedded verified-commerce system: proprietary Signal Technology supplies consented proof of exposure and activation; the wallet supplies identity, secure digital-asset control, payment choice, merchant acceptance, rewards, and outcome reporting; regulated partners supply approved fiat accounts, rails, cards, and conversion services.
SYNC Wallet turns verified attention into a secure, measurable commerce journey: detect an authorized signal event, activate a relevant experience, enable payment or reward, settle across digital-asset or fiat rails, and record the outcome for accountable reporting.

How we operate
Four commitments we hold ourselves to
The opportunity is compelling, but execution depends on discipline about what is claimed and when.
Say what is built, and what is proposed
We keep a disciplined separation between what exists in the architecture today, what is proposed, what requires a regulated partner, and what has been proven in production. Marketing language does not get to blur those lines.
Consent is the foundation, not a formality
Detection requires affirmative opt-in. The technology listens for designated signals — it is not designed to record conversations or identify spoken words. Permission can be withdrawn at any time.
Every responsibility gets a control owner
"Non-custodial" is a claim about private keys, not a blanket security guarantee. Ledgers, sponsored fees, personal data, and custodial fiat partners each carry their own controls and legal classification.
Evidence before expansion
A controlled proof of concept validates detection quality, consent, settlement reliability, reconciliation, security, partner economics, and incremental commercial value before anything scales nationally.
Strategic objectives
What we are trying to make true
- Make Web3 usable without seed-phrase handling, browser extensions, or user-funded gas for ordinary transactions.
- Give merchants a lower-friction payment and loyalty channel while preserving optional fiat and card routes.
- Replace fragmented campaign reports with a consented first-party event trail linking exposure, activation, redemption, and outcome.
- Create a provider-agnostic banking layer supporting ACH, real-time payments, wires, cards, and compliant fiat-to-digital-asset conversion.
- Let brands embed the experience in their own apps and commerce environments rather than forcing a separate consumer destination.
Let's talk about your pilot
Tell us the channel you want to measure and the outcome you want to attribute, and we'll scope what a controlled proof of concept looks like.
